Learn Intuitive Eating. We will teach you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body and ultimately you will become the expert of your own body. We will also teach you how to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings, and gain a sense of body wisdom. Finally we will teach you how to make peace with food—so that you no longer have constant “food worry” thoughts.
For example, many people crave sweets when in fact they lack calcium; mineral deficiencies can cause the greatest number of food cravings.
Listen to your body, don’t restrict your diets.
